I was stuck in the side of 271 with an absolutely shredded tire. I got the car jacked, but I couldn't get the lug nuts off the tire. So, I called several roadside assistance/towing companies, and nobody even picked up the phone. Finally, I called Always Towing and they were great. Someone was there to help me within 15 minutes. He was able to get my spare on, and I was on my way. Very reasonable prices too. Can't recommend enough!read more

Had a tree fall on my car during recent storms outside of Cleveland and Always Towing was outstanding. Cameron was incredibly kind, very professional, and was happy to answer all of my questions. Amazing service. Dude came out at the end of his shift and even acknowledged that he was taking on another call afterward, despite not being required to. Winched me out of a ditch quickly. Easy to work with.read more

Transmission decided to grenade itself today. Went thru insurance and got Always Towing to come up and hook up the car. Super grateful they only have flatbeds dispatched being that i have a lowered car and for sorry if i get this spelling wrong but shoutout Jerry the driver. Got there 30mins before the estimated time, hooked up and on we went. Great atmosphere, good upbeat attitude, awesome conversation. My insurance company dispatched one company. Showed up and then left without changing the tire. Insurance company then dispatched Always Towing who was on time and changed the tire within 10 minutes. Deer clipped my windshield with a hoof and I didn’t feel safe driving it home with the glass in that condition. I’ve never called for a tow before and my insurance set it up through this company so I am a first time customer. My tow guy was amazing.. knew exactly what he was doing plus super kind and helpful!! Had flat tire on my 22 X5 at 6:30 pm Thursday, called the company, the lady that answered had a flat bed truck for me in under an hour, they updated me to the progress, the driver was courteous & professional, handled the car with a lot of care, drove it to the dealership 12 miles away, unloaded & parked it as if it was his own vehicle. Very professional & honest company, reasonable rates. I highly recommend them.read more

This company was contracted through our insurance. They called 4 minutes after I hung the phone up from our insurance and said they would be there shortly. A tow truck arrived within 20 minutes. Very fast, courteous service. I was impressed. Would definitely call them againread more
